Incredibly awesomely useful for hiking! So very much worth the $5

Awesome idea and perfect realisation. Thanks for the useful app.

Very good in the lake district, not tried anywhere else yet.

Peakfinder is simply the best application for Android that I have ever come across. The idea is very nice for nature lovers and the app works perfectly in any environment. I have always wanted to have an exact idea of my position in the 3dimensional landscape.

Love that it works offline. You can adjust the peaks overlay manually. Unfortunately, I've noticed that with the latest releases the overlay lost accuracy. I align it manually to a known peak but the neighbours have an offset and the shape is way to rounded.

As a Mountainleader I use peakfinder all the time when I'm on the moove. Good App

Works great, wish I could turn off the mode where moving the phone moves the screen and keep it off; sometimes seems I hit it by accident or it starts on

Mike Friesen

Close but off. The peaks are correctly named but it is not pointed in the right direction. Usually far off or behind me

Exceptionally well written and worth buying. Sometimes quirky if I use a low end or bogged down device but that's understandable, this app relies on many things to be working right. If it's not working for you maybe you need to reboot, get out of your car, pull off your case, upgrade your phone, or get help from a 14yo kid before complaining.

Absolutely fabulous.. data is updating with new GPS data for elevations You can't possibly get a more engaging app!! This app only improves with use... what a bargain for an app that incessantly has to interpret new data and views .. Thank God we have this app here.....in Colorado .....
